How long is the warranty?
Canada and USA: 1 year Limited Warranty
Wear and tear parts such as coin acceptor, and relay not covered under warranty. These replacement parts can be purchased from our website.
If the product is defective, can I return it?
Canada and USA: If our product is defective when delivered we will send out replacement part, or customer can return box and we will replace box with a new box at no charge to the customer. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If I want to return my box, how do I give it back and is there a charge?
30% to 50% re-stocking charge within 30 days of customer received the item.
What is the re-stocking charge after 30 days time is up?
Refund is Pro-Rate over 365 days, the longer a customer keeps the box the less money is refunded. Example: the customer decides to return box after 6 months, we will refund 50% of the original purchase price.
Can I speak to someone who is currently using the unit?
Yes, references available upon request.
Are conversion boxes components electrical safety tested?
All countries: We ship world wide, it is up to the purchaser to ensure devices meet local electrical safety and building codes.
