This is the second set I installed. As long as you know which way the L shaped prong is positioned, it's a piece of cake.
Nothing wrong but expensive

On the plus side, It's working fine as washer and dryer Time Machine. Not much complain. On the minus side, Over the past 4 years price increased by 50% but not much options or new technologies added. I was expecting that multi coin (at same time) option being added over the time. There are competitors in the market with half price. Pay Box Timers needs to do something to keep the market.
Very amazing, my electric bill has already dropped and saving money too!

In addition to the timer, I purchased tokens from Pay Box Timers. I provide free showers to paid guests by giving them tokens when they register. Their guests and others visiting the New River Gorge National River can purchase individual shower tokens and I offer a discount if they purchase three or more tokens at one time. I love this timer. It is everything I was hoping for and more.
One of the best things I could have done

I think this was one of the best things a could have done. My tenants could not complain because the laundry room was not shut down due to the water and electricity that was being used. Now they are paying for the cost of having a laundry room on the premises and it's not coming out of my pocket. It is actually putting money into my pocket.

Easy to install and hookup. Only issue was the website states the outlet is easily flipped. I had a hard time flipping it. Screws dont line up well when flip the outlet and plate. Just make sure you know which position the L shape plug is on before ordering.

I had a bad control board in a timer we had recently bought. I contacted this vendor and asked for a replacement board. I was told they would send a new timer and I was to return the bad one. A couple days later my boss informed me they had repaired the bad timer. I contacted this vendor and they offered, at my request, to allow me to pay for the timer that was in the mail to me, at a reduced price. I will always praise these people. Thank you payboxtimers.com

The quality of these timers is exceptional. The ease of implementing them is so easy, anyone can do it. The price seems a bit high, but We will see how long it will take to recover our investment.

Excellent machines... allows you to control water usage and electric usage in multi unit buildings while letting you connect to regular washer and dryer machines which is far cheaper than vonventional coin operated machines and with extra coin storage to boot.

Purchased two of the combinations. One programmed perfectly, the second one not so much. Had to return/exchange it for another unit. The 4 star rating is because the second one was just received and we haven't programmed it yet and when we contacted customer service for assistance we were hit with some attitude.

I live in Sao Paulo brazil, machine arrived within 3 days via DHL. Compatible with local electricity. I use it for my AirBnb rental property, the credit card feature is great. I really happy I found this company and there customer service is available ready to answer questions.

Works great after we figured out why it wouldn't start dryer. Neutral wire was disconnected inside panel (could have happened during shipping?) No instructions came with it but since we are somewhat familiar with the product, we were able to figure it out. Thank you.

It works great just like it was advertised, my only reason I didn't give it five stars was because there were no instruction on how to change the amount of time for a quarter. Had to go to youtube for instructions.

We run a RV camp ground with hundreds of visitors a year. Our camp ground has 6 common use shower stalls for visitors. Before purchase this product visitors would take long showers and we had no we of controlling water costs. By putting in there coin operated showers every visitor now pays for their own water usage. We have been able to save costs on water and at the same to generated revenue. Coin shower units are well made tamper resistant, large capacity, reliable water valves, double locking mechanism, easy installation with great 1 year warranty. Customer service is great and very responsive to our questions. I could say anymore better things about this product. Great Product.
