Introduction

Welcome to Pay Box Timers Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate the Pay Box Timers mobile application and the website (collectively referred to as the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information, and your rights regarding that data.

02

Information Collection and Use

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Service:

2.1 Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-paid code

2.2 Payment Data

Credit card number and expiry month: We collect and store this information using RSA encryption to protect your financial data. This data is used to process payments securely.

2.3 Usage Data

We collect information on how you access and use the Service (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

03

  • To provide and maintain our Service
  • To notify you about changes to our Service
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so

04

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal and sensitive user data. We may share your information with third parties only under specific circumstances, such as:

Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Payment Processing (Stripe): Card payments on the Service are processed by Stripe, Inc. (United States) and, for Canadian-routed transactions, by Stripe Payments Canada Ltd. When you submit a payment, the data needed to process that payment (including card details handled directly by Stripe's elements, the transaction amount, and identifiers) is transmitted to and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

05

Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including RSA encryption for payment information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure.

06

International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Transfers to the United States. Personal Data submitted in connection with a payment — including data handled by our payment processor — may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. United States data-protection law differs from Canadian (and other) law and may not provide the same protections. By submitting a payment, you consent to this transfer.

Canadian customers. For Canadian-routed transactions, the contracting Stripe entity is Stripe Payments Canada Ltd. Stripe's privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

07

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we discover that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

08

Credit Card Information: We do not retain credit card information.

Email: Retained for 2 years for communication and support purposes.

Pre-paid Code: Retained for 2 years for account and transaction verification.

09

Limited Information on Third-Party Sharing

Data is not shared with any service providers, except as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

10

User Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion of their pre-paid code data. To exercise this right, users can contact us at info@limitedresources.us.
